TERMS & CONDITIONS


1.          The Promotion is administered by TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of Singapore (UEN: 201923399W) 1 HarbourFront Ave, Keppel Bay Tower, #05-02 Singapore 098632 (“TLC”). All correspondence regarding this Promotion should be directed to this address or through the Promotional Email.

2.          Instructions on how to enter and mechanics of prize redemption form part of these Terms and Conditions.

3.          Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

An Entrant must meet all the following conditions of entry (“Entrant”):

4.          This Promotion is only open to Entrants who are, at the time of the of the Promotional period, attendees of Campaign360 Asia 2025.

5.          Directors, officers, management, and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and TLC, its related bodies corporate or franchisees, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this Promotion or who have influence over the allocation of rewards are ineligible to participate in this Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.


KEY DATES

6.    The Promotion starts at 12.01am (Singapore time) on 27 May 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Singapore time) on 27 August 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

7.    Each rewards partner has its own activation period defined in Schedule 1 of these Promotion Mechanics. Activation period is defined as the period when the entrant can claim and activate their vouchers with the rewards partners upon fulfilment.


HOW TO ENTER

8.          To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, Entrants must:

i.               During the Promotional Period, Entrants shall retrieve the unique code with QR code on an issued card from the Administrator.

ii.              Entrants will then scan the QR code on the issued card, which will lead them to the promotional website https://www.experiencetlcrewards.com/welcome (“Promotional Website”), where they will enter their First and Last Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Unique Code, and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Promotion.

iii.             Each qualified Entrant will be eligible to win a randomly allocated prize from the Grand, Major, or Mass category, as outlined in Table A.

iv.            Entrants will receive the reward voucher(s) and redemption detail(s) via their registered email address.

9.    All Prize results will be randomly allocated evenly throughout the duration of the Promotional Period.

10. Multiple entries per Entrant are permitted, provided that each unique code must be redeemed separately and in accordance with entry requirements of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Entering the Promotion using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/addresses/aliases, is a ground for disqualification.

12. The Entrant must keep their unique participation code at the time of entry and until the prize is activated. The Administrator, in its sole discretion, may at any time after a claim or an entry has been submitted, require the original unique participation code to be produced for verification on or before activation.

13. Each of the Grand, Major and Mass prizes will be bound by the Promotional Partner’s terms and conditions.

 

HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE

14. Should an Entrant win a prize, the entrant must follow the prompts on the Promotional website and click “Claim” to receive the details on how to claim the prize via the email address they submitted in the participation form.

15. The details that the Entrant will receive via email will contain the following details: prize name, prize voucher code (where applicable), prize validity, steps on how to redeem the prize, customer service details, via the (“Claim Confirmation Email”).

16. Claims will be deemed to be received only when acknowledged by the Administrator. The Organizer and Administrator are not liable for any problems with communication networks including but not limited to email blockage, incoming call rejections.

17. Redemption of Mass Prizes is until 27 August 2025. Excluding Travel Credits valid until 26 May 2026.

18. Should an Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion, it is the Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Administrator via email contactexperience@tlcrewards.com or https://www.experiencetlcrewards.com/contact-us during the Promotional Period from Monday to Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm (excluding weekends and Singapore PH). A request to access or modify any information provided in entry / claim should be directed to the Administrator.

19. All Grand Prize and Major Prize winners will be notified via email as well as registered mail.




OTHER GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

20. The Promoter reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.

21. The Promoter (including its directors, officers, employees and agents), TLC, its respective agents, promotional partners and distributors are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged prizes, and to the extent permitted by law do not make any contractual promise or representation regarding the quality and/or availability of the prizes offered and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage.

22. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If a prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter or TLC reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written approval from the relevant regulatory authorities. All Promotion advertisements depicting prizes, prize descriptions and/or trademark references are illustrative rather than definitive and do not imply any association with the Promoter.

23.      Without limiting any other terms of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as of the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable tax. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.

24.      In the event the Promotion is unable to proceed as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter or TLC reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, subject to any written approval from the Philippine Food and Drug Administration.

25.      The Promotional Website may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”), including websites of Promotional Partners (“Promotional Partner Websites”). The Promoter is not responsible for the content of any Linked Sites, whether the Promoter is affiliated with the Linked Sites. The Promoter does not in any way endorse any Linked Sites and is not responsible for the quality or delivery of any products or services offered, accessed or advertised by such Linked Sites. To the extent that these Linked Sites collect personal information or postings from Entrants, the Promoter shall bear no responsibility or liability for the manner in which such information or postings are used or exploited. The Linked Sites are for Entrants’ convenience only, and Entrants agree to access them at their own risk.

26.      Participation in the promotion is available online only, and therefore access to the internet is required to participate in this Promotion. Any cost associated with accessing the Promotional Website is the Entrant's sole responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used by the Entrant.

27.      The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.

28.      Any additional or ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Prize are not included. Those costs are the responsibility of the Entrant who redeems the Prize. Costs associated with redeeming the Prize may include, but are not limited to, the Entrant’s transport to and from a Participating Outlet.

29.      Entrants must not:

                                 I.         tamper with the entry or participation process.

                               II.         engage in any conduct that may jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion;

                              III.         act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner.

                             IV.         do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion.

                               V.         breach any law; or

                             VI.         behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.

30.      Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its directors, officers, employees and agents), TLC and the Promotional Partners (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury, death or harm suffered by the Entrant or other person who redeems the Prize (and the Entrant or such person releases Promoter and TLC from any such liability) or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

                              i.         any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether under the Promoter’s or TLC’s or Promotional Partners’ control);

                             ii.         any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference.

                            iii.         any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter or TLC or Promotional Partners) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or TLC or Promotional Partners.

                           iv.         any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions.

                             v.         any tax liability incurred by an Entrant or claimant; or

                           vi.         the use and/or taking of a prize.

31.      If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason, including by outside act, agent or event that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or TLC, including but not limited to technical difficulties, epidemic, pandemic, government directive, public health orders and the like, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter or TLC reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any direction by a relevant regulatory authority:

                              i.         to disqualify any Entrant; or

                             ii.         to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

32.      No compensation will be payable to any person if a winner is unable to participate in the time and manner set out in these Terms and Conditions for whatever reason.

34.      Calls to the Promotional Helpline from public telephones or mobiles may incur an additional charge. Calls may be recorded for the purposes of security and/or training purposes.

35.      This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Entrants provide information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. Entrants completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
