1.       How do I take part in the promotion?

A: To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, during the Promotion Period Entrants:

i.                     Shall retrieve the unique code with QR code on an issued card from the Administrator.

ii.                   Entrants will then scan the QR code on the issued card, which will lead them to the promotional website https://www.experiencetlcrewards.com/welcome, where they will enter their First and Last Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Unique Code, and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Promotion.

iii.                 Each qualified Entrant will be eligible to win a randomly allocated prize from the Grand, Major, or Mass category, as outlined below.

2.       How do I participate in the promotion?

A: Each Entrant will receive a unique code on an issued card at The Campaign360 Asia event, by TLC Worldwide representatives. Entries with a valid unique code will be able to preview the game play video prior to winning a randomly allocated prize.

 

3.       Who can qualify in this promotion?

A: This promotion is open to Entrants who are, at the time of the of the Promotional period, attendees of Campaign360 Asia 2025.

 

4.       Who cannot qualify in this promotion?

A: Directors, officers, management, and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and TLC, its related bodies corporate or franchisees, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this Promotion or who have influence over the allocation of rewards are ineligible to participate in this Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

 

5.       When does the Promotion start and end?

A: The Promotion starts at 12.01am (Singapore time) on 27 May 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Singapore time) on 27 August 2025.

 

6.       When does the Redemption period start and end?

A: The Promotion starts at 12.01am (Singapore time) on 27 May 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Singapore time) on 27 August 2025.

 

7.       May I participate in this promotion more than once?

A: Yes, you may participate in this promotion more than once as long as you have a valid unique code.

 

8.       How will I know if my entry is successful or unsuccessful?

A: Upon submission of your entry via the participation form on https://www.experiencetlcrewards.com/welcome,

 

If you have a successful Unique Code, you will be brought to the game play animation and prompted to tap to reveal prize after the game play is finished. Upon revealing your prize, you will be able to view if you have won a Grand, Major or Mass prize.

 

If you have an unsuccessful Unique Code, you will not be able to press the submit button at the participation form.

 

If you are facing issues or have not received an update regarding your reward voucher and reward details, please contact our promotional email at contactexperience@tlcrewards.com, Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm (excluding weekends and PH).

 

9.       Is there a validation process?

A: No, there is no validation process to be conducted. Prizes are drawn via an electronic drawing system. Random allocation of grand, major and mass prizes results will be carried out in proportion to the total prize, to ensure all human bias are removed.

 

10.   How will I receive my reward(s)?

A: You will receive your reward e-Voucher with redemption details via email. Depending on the reward you randomly win, some rewards can be claimed physically in merchant’s stores, while some have online redemption vouchers.

 

11.   Do I need to retain my unique code?

A: It is mandatory to retain or withhold a photo of your unique code that is in the form of an issued card as this would be the information we require to verify your entry, should you come across any issues.

 

12.   Can I exchange my reward?

A: All Grand, Major and Mass Prizes in the Prize Pool are non-transferrable, exchangeable, and non-convertible to cash. The picture of prizes depicted on the press ads/posters/digital materials etc. are only for reference or representation.

 

13.   What happens if I had misplaced my reward voucher(s) and reward detail(s)? May I request for a new one?

A: If you have misplaced your reward voucher(s) and reward detail(s), kindly contact our email at contactexperience@tlcrewards.com, Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm (excluding weekends and PH).

 

Our customer service team will require your unique participation code and email address to locate your entry.

 

14.   What happens if my contact details have changed during the promotion?

A: If your contact details have changed during the Promotion, it is your responsibility to notify us at our email at contactexperience@tlcrewards.com, Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm (excluding weekends and PH).

 

15.   Who do I contact if I have questions regarding this promotion?
